Members: Karen Boland, Bill Cleavenger, Tom Curtis, Paul Liette, Flannery Posner, Melanie Robertson, Rhonda Reinhold

Financial Committee: Bill

Rhonda moved to retain the existing health insurance plan with the Library paying premiums for five full-time employees, Tom seconded


Karen moved to increase salaries, across the board in 2016, by 2% for employees who have worked at CUTPL for at least one year, seconded by Paul


Rhonda moved to accept the present hiring salary schedule f or 2016, seconded by Tom

update on SESCO's benzene vapor testing due to E-85 tank leakage at the BP Gas Station:

no detection of petroleum hydrocarbons in the building indoor air samples

reports available for inspection

no report yet on the outside monitors of the sub-surface vapor levels

discussion of the status of adding a stove to the building

AED (automated external defibrillator) purchase price, means of payment discussed; FOL received $1000 Grant from MCCF

New Business:

it was moved by Tom and seconded by Paul to rebid the RFP snow removal service
