Three images of Culver's Black Horse Troop during their 1917 visit to Washington D.C. as part of the presidential inaugural parade, a trip they have made through most inaugurations since then. The first trip, incidentally, was in 1912, and both that and the 1917 trip were for the inaugeration of Woodrow Wilson. The second of these photos shows the troop on Pennsylvania Avenue and the third shows the troop as the guard of honor for Vice President Thomas Marshall. More info on the Black Horse Troop in inaugural parades from Robert Hartman, here.
